The terms and conditions of a Consulting Service Retainer Agreement** from KS Design, is bound to the following guidelines, and
is available for any customer that requires continued support from KS Design.
SUPPORT & PROGRAMMING
Your business will benefit from having KS Design available to your company’s needs for up to 20 hours per week with each hour after
that being billed at a reduced rate. Support and Programming rates are discounted up to 20% off of standard rates. KS Design has 3 available
Consulting Service Retainer Agreements available.

Consulting Service Retainer Agreement #1
$450.00 per week:
Includes up to 5 hours of available support time per week for the following services.
- Microsoft .Net Development / Website Maintenance / SQL Server Database programming
- Plus an additional 10% savings on additional KS Design services
Consulting Service Retainer Agreement #2
$950.00 per week:
Includes up to 12 hours of available support time per week for the following services.
- Microsoft .Net Development / Website Maintenance / SQL Server Database programming
- Microsoft Access / Microsoft Office Integration / VBA for Office
- Plus an additional 15% savings on additional KS Design services
Consulting Service Retainer Agreement #3
$1,450.00 per week:
Includes up to 20 hours of available support time per week for the following services.
- Microsoft .Net Development / Website Maintenance / SQL Server Database programming
- Microsoft Access / Microsoft Office Integration / VBA for Office
- Windows based PC / Server support
- Plus an additional 15% savings on additional KS Design services
ELIGIBILITY
In order to benefit from KS Design Consulting Discounts, customers are required to
a) Sign a six month Consulting Service Retainer Agreement
b) Provide ACH Direct Deposit payments
(This can be waived when secured with a Credit / Debit Card)
