CUSTOMER SUPPORT & HOURS OF OPERATION
KS Design understands and acknowledges at all times that being a web development service company uptime of client
sites is crucial to the company’s annual revenue. When it comes to hosting and hosted solutions KS Design, with the
exception of “beyond our control”, site errors, will focus all its efforts on solving any problems that might be associated
to the programming or operations of a client site. KS Design offers phone support during normal business hours, which are 8am to 6pm EST.
Phone support which falls outside of normal business hours is deemed to be after hours support and is subject to
a $125.00 / hr, with one hour minimum, fee. The After Hours Support fee can be avoided by signing
up for a KS Design after hours support agreement fee of $750.00, which is billed on the 1st of each month.
