CUSTOMER SUPPORT & HOURS OF OPERATION
KS Design is a full service consulting company, and we know that web based applications
can touch hundreds, if not thousands of users at any given moment, which is why
we take uptime and software issues very seriously.
Phone support is offered during normal business hours, which are Monday - Friday
8am to 5pm EST.
After hours support is offered through my online contact form. Send me a message
and I will get back with you as soon as possible.
Phone support which falls outside of normal business hours is deemed to be after
hours support and is subject to a $125.00 / hr fee.
The After Hours Support fee can be waived by signing up for a KS Design after hours
support agreement fee of $1,200.00, which is billed
on the 1st of each month and covers upto 30 hours of after hours support throughout
each month.
