We strive to provide on call service when appropriate and arranged. When you call KS Design you will talk directly with U.S. citizen and KS Design team member. You will not be prompted through a call center control system or talk to a sales rep. You will talk directly to the persons that have worked on the business solutions that you have purchased.
• We offer free quotes and consultations within reason. If it’s not done right, we will get it right. If it can be done better, we will do it better. Refunds where applicable on products and services are provided. We do not have a customer service dept. to deflect our responsibilities. If there is a customer service issue that you need addressed you will talk directly to the team member that worked on your business solution and your issue will be handled directly, in-house.

• We are not a factory. We focus on building relationships as well as IT solutions. We look at our B2B relationships as investments, not sales. Our pricing is always subject to change with market demands as many of our solutions are tailored to fit custom specifications. However, custom specifications often lead to package deals that often reduce prices not increase them.
• If you can find a comparable service at any time for a different price please feel free to bring that to our attention so that we can discuss adjusting your price, perhaps upgrading your service, or even implementing alternative forms of payment.

We want to provide solutions that solve your current and future needs. We try to always leave doors open that allow for future upgrades or increased usability when needed. We can also provide not just software solutions, but, many other solutions as well. If we cannot provide the support you need we will use our knowledgebase to find a competent company that will.

• When it comes to Databases we are concerned about 2 things: functionality and security. We have extensive expertise in multiple platforms. While we prefer to build our databases from scratch we have had to fix the mistakes of others or work within the parameters of an existing database. We are comfortable with the latest Microsoft technologies as well as avid supporters open source projects.
